Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and security seals still attached.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or access the 'Orders' section to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within the 14-day eligibility window.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return invoice to ensure your return is processed correctly by our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid courier label provided with your order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are completely covered.
Dispatch and Refund
Schedule a collection or drop off the parcel at an authorized courier point; once received and quality-checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
